CIAA’s Model Legislation passes the Ohio Senate!

Senate Bill 311, which includes CIAA’s model legislation has successfully advanced through the Senate Committee on Education and passed the Ohio Senate with a vote of 24–9. CIAA thanks Ohio Senator Brenner for supporting this legislation. This is an important step forward in protecting the integrity of Ohio’s education, assessment, and credentialing systems from commercial cheating services. The bill will now move to the Ohio House of Representatives for consideration.
