The Ohio Senate discusses CIAA’s Model Statute.

CIAA’s model statute was recently heard in the Ohio Senate as part of S.B. 311, an omnibus education bill. If passed, the legislation would, among other things, equip Ohio’s higher education institutions, professional licensure bodies, certification organizations, and law enforcement with stronger tools to combat cheating-for-hire operations that undermine academic and credential integrity. Momentum is building and CIAA encourages members with offices, test takers or learners, and academic or testing clients in Ohio to submit letters of support to help advance this important legislation.
