Ohio Senator Andrew Brenner introduced CIAA’s Model Statute in bill number SB311.  Commercial cheating organizations actively prey on students and test takers to encourage cheating, generating sometimes millions in fees for the cheating service while directly undermining US education, public safety, and welfare.
